AMT Fitness was founded with the intent and purpose to promote fitness in three areas of life: Physical, Mental and Spiritual. Consistently focusing on these three areas of wellness has helped me lose 100 pounds and enhance my enjoyment of life. I believe that these distinct, but connected, facets of life are fundamental in the development and transformation of an individual and I hope that I can share what I've learned through personal training, online personal training plans, consultation and relationship building. AMT Fitness is a proud partner of the North Texas Food Bank. The NTFB is a non profit organization that helps provide food for those who are not able to adequately feed themselves or their families. This food bank provided 77 million meals in the past year alone! Since I have began volunteering and working with them I have realized how valuable their services are for those that are food insecure and the impact they are making in the Dallas Forth Worth metro-plex.
